Crenshaw Peterson & Associates PC can assist you with your legal needs. Attorneys Tara Peterson and Emily Nestor work with clients needing an Estate Plan, Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law Planning, Probate assistance, and business planning.

We can meet with you at one of our two offices in Okemos or Jackson, or we can meet with you by Zoom if more convenient. We work with clients in Ingham County, Clinton County, Eaton County, Shiawassee County, Livingston County, Jackson County, Midland County, Isabella County, and Bay County. 

Ms. Peterson serves on the ICLE young lawyers board, ICLE Estate Planning & Probate Advisory Board, and the Greater Lansing Estate Planning Council Board.

Emily Nestor is involved in her community and outreach through many charitable foundations and in the summer can be found often in a charity golf outing.
